Question:
In case of inline references, when you have a reference dye/gel linked to a data gel, can you unlink them once they are linked?
Answer:
Yes it is possible, by opening the gel image file, and selecting File > Link to reference gel. Make sure the input box is empty, and press OK. The gel will become unlinked. Of course, normalization vectors are still present if they had come from a linked reference gel.
