Obtaining a list of fragment sizes

Lists with molecular weights can be obtained in two ways:

1. Per gel by going to step 4 (bands) in the gel processing window, defining the bands and then select File > Export report. The program will create a Notepad file with the bands and MWs listed per lane. Make sure that the MW calibration curve was defined in advance though (edit reference system), otherwise the running distances will be exported instead of the MWs.
2. From the comparison window: make a selection and show the bands on the fingerprints and then select File > Export bands.
