When I click on the button in the entry card, to pop up the gel strip, nothing but a very small window appears, on which I cannot even see the gel strip.
Answer:
By pressing the minus (-) key repeatedly, the size of the gel card must have been reduced too much. You can increase the size by repeatedly pressing the + key on the numerical keypad until it has the desired size.
