You can use the following steps to resolve the issue:
- Reboot your computer and try again: it is possible that the installation of the VC++ redistributables will only complete after reboot.
- Download and manually install the VC++ redistributables from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30679
- 32-bit Windows: vcredist_x86.exe
- 64-bit Windows: vcredist_x86.exe and vcredist_x64.exe
- Temporary disable the real-time scanning feature of the antivirus software and try again.
- Clean up the %TEMP% folder and try again.
