Question:
Within the normalization step of the reference some of the samples were not normalized although the external references were assigned and the reference lanes were marked. Is there an upper limit of samples or are there other causes?
Answer:
The maximal number of samples allowed is 200, but the number of references one can assign in a gel is less than 200 (around 150).
