Answer:
BioNumerics and GelCompar II can read and process multichannel chromatogram files from all types of Applied Biosystem (AB) sequencers, Beckman (now SCIEX) sequencers, and Amersham MegaBace sequencers. For ALF sequencers, you will need a program from the manufacturer, called ALF2TIFF which generates 16-bit TIFF files from the densitometric curves.
