The values depend on the selected comparative quantification settings. In the Fingerprint type window, you can select Settings > Comparative quantification. You can choose between three one-dimensional measures: Band height, Band surface, Relative band surface, or three two-dimensional measures: Volume, Relative volume, or Concentration.
